Since ice season is just around the corner, I need to start looking for an ice partner again. All my partners seem to move away or get hook on skiing and sell their gear. I have most weekends off, have all gear plus 8 screws and car and want to climb lots this winter. Not like the last few winters! I lead 4+ (when i'm in shape), follow everything else. Maybe we can hook up beforehand to do a bit of trad climbing. Anyone interested, send me a PM. Ciao Oh yeah, I do want to road trip a bit too...(Vermont, Quebec, NY, NH, etc)

Hi Marcallain, I am from Montréal and I am looking forward to a busy ice season. I am not leading yet but I can follow you in WI4. I sometimes have to go work in ottawa and can have some free time for climbing. You can e-mail me if you are interested to show me the ice climbing spots of the Ottawa region or join me in the Montréal region. trumpetplayerbach@yahoo.ca See you

Hey Marcallain, I'm in the Montreal for most of the ice season, with occasional trips down to Ottawa to see relatives. (once a month usually) I've got a trad rack, (three screws, and counting) my own ice gear, and although I have not regularly led ice yet, would say I'm comfortable leading WI3, and following you up anything else. I'm down with Roadies and have Fri-Mon off during the winter. PM me if you're interested. Cheers, Nik

Hey man, I am in ottawa for the next six months. I really want to get out climbing now but can't find anyone to go. I would love to go to Weir this wknd if you are around and climb rock. As for ice, I am down with tripping in early december, than january and february but after that I may be pretty busy. I can lead WI6 in the rockies, don't know about here, have about 10-11 screws, would like to do lots of mixed if their is some around. let me know if you around this wknd, or ever...Ottawa is making me crazy, i need to do some real climbing, outside of the gym that is.
