Has any one been on any ice in N. Utah yet? Thinking of heading up to the falls on the way to Timp from Aspen Grove . Any one been there yet? Thanks, John

I was in the Pine Flat area a week ago (just before the Cascade Springs turn off on the Sundace side) and the creek had no ice in or around it or on the little falls. But it has been cold the last few days my guess is Stewart Falls has some ice on it. When are you going? If you'll let me I'll go with you.

well, we did make it up there today. the ice is just starting to form in the cirque, not good enough to climb though. the cirque has seen alot of avalanch activity in the last few days so take precautions. be careful, john
