Get a hang board, or try building your own home wall.

indeed, try getting to the climbing gym or just a gym, weight training can help ya a bit, running, just try to keep in shape and keep your finger strength and forearms up.

I'm a single parent so I am unable to get outside more than weekends and evenings at the gym are rare... I built a small gym at home ( compleate with overhang and station ) and it works great. I sit at home and climb while the kiddo's asleep. I belive that if the landlord found out that the squeaking that was coming from my room was not what he was thinking and found out I built a "cave" in my room he would be pissed and I would have to move. ah well he thinks that I'm a pornstar and I get strong..... who looses???? anyway PM me or search the threads and you will find out how to build one yourself Mike

Step one: buy old van and year supply of rice-a-roni. Stept two: quit job and begin year long road trip. Climb as often as you want. Or you could try the hang board idea. I find moderate weight training helps too. Much better than say, sitting in front of the TV. Your profile says you're in Colorado Springs. You can't even make it to the Garden in the middle of the week?

I bought one of those grip strengthener spring squeezy things. haha...I dont really know what they are called. Anyways, any sort of grip strengthening squeezer and you can work out one hand at a time while you are driving to or from work or anywhere else for that matter. Cheap and easy.
