I am not sure if you can use RC as a reference for your claim since I MAY had posted it way before you but if you knew cam release trick 15 years ago then you were ahead cause I knew about it no more than 8-9 years.
edit to add that the "S" version of cord trick was developed by me so I currently hold the title to the updated version of the cam release trick.
