What point are you hoping to make? Edit: And yes, I realize your "point" was to ask climbers to stop supporting the Preserve if they lose their cases, but that doesn't make sense to me. If you feel they are wrong, wouldn't you want us to not support them regardless? Why should not supporting be tied to whether or not they can win a court case? If they lose in court, what is the justification for "punishing" them more?
