No, the movie focuses on the story of Toni Kurts.

I finally agreed to let the ex see the kid. He said 10 am, then it was 11 am, then 1 pm, now it's 2pm.

He slept in, then had to run errands, then wanted to have lunch before he caught a train out this way.

I've now told him to go fuck himself.

It's actually fairly close. The main thing they added was the romance/girl. She's completely fictitious. Also; I think the cast Toni and Andreas backward. Their roles should have been reversed.

yeah all those subtitles gave it away Tongue

was mostly referring to the habit of changing details to make it more sellable (romances, ending changes etc)

which it feels like hollywood is the worst at, but foreign films are often guilty too

the woman part is a lie, but the rest of it is supposedly pretty factual.

that movie almost got me to quit climbing altogether.

only had time to watch the first two parts. compelling, though I find it odd that he's being led up the eiger and not leading it himself.

I didn't read the book, but I'm having a hard time understanding how the movie could slander him when he's essentially the narrator (or the book for that matter).

Magnus' climbing mentor is mentioned by Joe in a less than fantastic way in the book. (hope that clears it up)

got it

Fuck him. Sylas and I still went for lunch, then we went shopping for presents, followed by a couple of hours at an indoor playground.
