forget tilf. its either polished slabs with every first bolt in serious height or the hard stuff from the nicely overhanging araignee 7c (actually the best route there) to the entrance cave to the hades itself. apart from that its only 30 seconds from the road which in turn means that you might not understand your own words...

Climbing will be at a total lowpoint the next weeks. Maybe 3 hours per week plastic, but for the rest, no hollidays, but working all week, and doing some necessary things in the house for the winter breaks in.

sent out my sarken crampons to petzl for the recall last month and am still waiting to get a new pair back but anyway, we'll have enough of winter soon, me want more rock so far!

what kind of rock is it? i thought it was granite in sardegna, but this looks more like limestone... how expensive is it out there btw? Do you have to rent a car?

Perfect limestone. More or less all climbing there, except a little granite in the north. A there's tons of climbing! Actually it's pretty cheap off-season. You can get a simple double in a Pesio at 20€/night/person. We had two appartments for approx. 10€/night/person. Eating out is a little more expensive (maybe not for you Brussels people). You'd need a car though to get around. - D
