Jake, LOL! yeah, use my pics for beta on those two CR routes;-) the possibility is high that I will be going back to QQ tomorrow from about noon to 4 pm maybe. so no RIRG for me this weekend. anybody else up for qq tomorrow? I'm probably going to meet up with Gilly and his climbing partners. EJ, we're all wondering the same thing you are...;-/

Footwork I'm goin' to Quincy Quarries tomorrow around noon, don't know if that helps you out at all, were you thinkin' CR? I'm planning on CR a couple nights this week, tuesday for sure. Chad, I'll have to bail out between 3:30 and 4, cause I gotta cruise up to my brother's to score camping gear for the vaca the week after next.

WHUSUUUUUUUUUUUP. I MIGHT be game for QQ tomorrow (righ now it's a %40-%50 chance). If I go, it'll be a late arrival. Noon is a possibility, but later than that is more likely as I just got home from a gig and without going into details, it was exhausting (in a good way..REALLY good way). If I'm there I'll be the hungover dude wandering in circles wearing a dark blue bandana on my head. Since I forget what many of you look like (too much reefer in HS), please say hi if you spot me. I won't bite. jj

Robb has to bail but I'm planning on be iing there till 6:00 ish as long as I've still got someone to climb with. I'll probably be cooked by them but I'll be happy to catch on whatever you wanna go at. Seeker, I may be there Wed but not till 6:30 or so. Maybe I'll see you there.

Hey Wide, Foo, Gilly! man, am I SMOKED!!! this was possibly the singularly most strenuous day of climbing I've had so far. My hands hurt, I aggravated the sprain in my left foot, my lower back is very tight, my legs feel like rubber, and my forearms still feel like cement. ;-) SO, all in all a very good day. Gilly thanks for getting me up on "Pins", even though I only made it halfway, about. that route is STOUT! fun though. The big spray for today is that (this is for Gilly, heh!) I onsighted, and flashed, Teepee. looking in the guide is says it's an .8+ but it sure felt tougher than that. it was a mistake doing that first, it smoked my forearms right off the bat. And here's Robbovius new spray parametric ;-) if the L-M face prow averages 50 feet high, then I climbed somewhere between 250 and 300 vertical feet today ;-) heh! beautiful sunny day at the crag, great climbing, great company...I'm beat. ;-/

No trouble at all Rob, glad to help out. Yes, it was a fun day and I won't touch the spray ( this time ) . That was a good job on teepee. Try to do pins a little earlier next time, it does have a tendency to tire you out, but you can do a no-hands rest at the first ledge ( helps a lot ). Gilly

Hey everyone. Yeah yesterday was a good time at QQ. Managed to send a route or two, got some good laps in on Layback, got to meet some new people, only problem was that I forgot to re-apply my sunblock. Damn Irish blood, I tan like a lobster. Looking forward to next time. Bonesz, Bonesz, Bonesz... I'm starting to wonder if you really exist. Or maybe you're just the internet persona of someone I've already met...

Gilly, thanks, I was surprised I made it to the top of Teepee. once I got on the route I found it alot harder than it looked for the bottom - funny how that works out...we might have been including parts of this other route that overlaps kinda, called "Transfusion", which has a .10 rating. Wide, you cruised Layback, that was sweet ;-) I forgot to mention that we also saw Bostonclimbah there on L-face, practicing gear placements. Gabe, I'm ALWAYS interezted in joining up, but this week I gotta prepare for next week vaca, so wed night5 is prolly out for me. MAYBE CR, if tomorrow is a rain-out...

Is anybody around Mass looking for a partner for Mondays? I work Tuesday-Saturday and would love to take advantage of the empty crags that must be available on Mondays. Anyone else up for that?

Does anyone no wat the deal is, or have seen the new book? Check out this link if you havent already http://206.197.119.143/about.html I spoke with the gentleman putting it together. There were some technical problems in the spring, something crappy like a computer problem whiped out a generation of edits that had to be re-entered or something like that. It got out to the printer in June, I think he said. And he mentioned before to me that the printer said it might take a couple months. So I imagine it will be fall before we're racing to Boston Rock Gear to get a copy (ok, I work there, got to REI or EMS if you wanna, I don't really care). My weekend spray ... Tad and I had a chill but productive weekend up at Cathedral. Climbed thin air, funhouse (twice, once by headlamp), and Upper Refuse. good times. Anyone heard from TD? Is he back from Hong Kong yet?
