BW, most of the route areas can be changed with the edit feature. I find it very interesting that El Capitan has NO edit feature with which to correct the error. It appears rradam was the last to edit it. And obviously PTPP has been there. It would be very immature of me to suggest that the edit feature has been puposely removed because someone thinks it belongs to them. That would be silly, so I won't suggest it. God forbid that any mere mortal should have accsss to the holy grail, EL Cap.

Pete has asked that I lock it.

Where does it belong ??? Pete said that his beta is perfect.

Maybe it's time to unlock it ???

The North American Wall belongs on the south east side. I think that it being locked is fine. Pete says stuff well. But if someone can say it better then that is what should be on there.

Sorry for not saying what needed to be moved. I have been really tired lately.

rradam, You were asked to lock it? Now wait just a f#@king minute. Should I ask that you lock Cal Dome because I climb there more than anyone on this site? I don't dispute the information presented under El Capitan, but what is the policy of this site? In keeping with the spirit of the route database, should any individual have sole access to it? The N.A. Wall should be under southeast, minor error, but no one can fix it, except by special request. I have found no other area under yosemite that is locked. Seems like it's more about ego than necessity. There is nothing I wish to change, it is a matter of principle. Or maybe I would like to add something, living two hours from the valley leaves me alot of opportunity to share current beta long before most, and of course, I'm not alone. Point made?

You are correct, point well made.

Pete was worried that his beta would be ruined, and despite what others think about him and I, I wanted to help him protect his work.

It is now "unlocked".

Please move Route to correct Section.

Thanx,
~Adam

rradam, thankyou. I hope that anyone wishing to remove, add, or change beta posted by another individual, will respect that individual enough to confer prior to changing it. I have never seen any incident of good beta going bad. I don't think Pete has any worries.
