Um, I just logged onto my account and it said all my PM's were on Killfile, and then when I hit the "reload page" button all my PM's just got deleted, I'm sorry but this is cause for a little distress, frankly, I'm pissed, can someone tell me WHY!?!?! Steve

I noticed that the username for several PM's I have not deleted yet are completely blank, and clicking reply gives an error... ?? Is this related?

seems unlikely, that sounds like a MySQL or PHP-A problem. I'll look into it as much as I can in the time I have.

if you hit killfile on a user it's gonna block all pm's coming from that user, and delete all the pm's you have in your inbox from that user. I think you should put a "are you sure you want to block (username)?" thingy when you click on it.

Let me restate my issue (I didn't killfile anyone, but it happened around the same time killfiles were implemented). In my list of PM's, I see several from one particular user (Julie I think was her name). Instead of seeing her userid in the left column of the table (next to her message), I now see nothing. If I click on "Reply" I get the following error: "You can't reply to that message. It wasn't sent to you. 16104 | SELECT f.UserID fromuser, t.UserID, p.to_userid, p.msg_text, p.msg_time FROM priv_msgs p, User f, User t WHERE (msg_id = 192381) AND f.UserKey = p.from_userid AND t.UserKey = p.to_userid"

ok, I had the same deal as u, except I didn't get any errors when I hit reply, but I did however lose all the messages from that person when I did. It was really odd. First off I didn't even know killfile was implimented but when I went to look at my PM's ALL of my messages were marked as killfile, and when I went to remove them off the list it deleted all of them.....Weird.
