Hi all, i am thinking of visiting chiangmai in the early june. Need advice whether it is a good time (no rain) and is it easy to find climbing partners. Where to stay in chiang mai and how to get there from bangkok. Thanx.

Instead of Chiangmai go to Ton Sai, Krabi. It's better in every way. Seriously.
and hate to say it, but buy a lonely planet guide.
and don't ride the private busses.
I'm jealous, and you're going to have an awsome time
