Its for our anniversary. Were staying on the strip. I'd like to get a day of bouldering in. wheres the best place for one day. I guess we will rent a car to get there. Unless there is a bus. If anyone wants to hook up to show me around that would be great. thanx jeff

Go to to the M&M factory next to the MGM. It has this hardcore climbing...Thing! Its not a wall its more like a big structure, pillar thing with overhangs and caverns and 80 feet of climbing time. Its pretty hardcore. True its TP, but still its awsome.

Best place for one day of quality bouldering is Kraft Boulders in Calico Basin. You'll need a car to get there. Or a ~$50 cab ride from the strip.

Yes the best place for some bouldering is in Kraft boulders in calico basin. Its about a 20 to 30 min drive west from the strip if you take the I15 north to 95 north then exit on buffalo make a left and proceed to charleston blvd make a right and head west and just keep going calico basin will be on the right.

The climbing that is next to M&M and MGM grand is called the Vegas Rock and is inside Gameworks. I know because I used to run that rock climbing wall and yes it is a structure the largest in North america for free standing climbing structures it has climbs that range from 2 5.6's, 1 5.7, 1 5.8, 1 5.8+, 1 5.9, 1 5.10a, and 1 5.11a maybe a b good times there but it is $10 for 10 mins to get to the top usually the guys there are nice and will give you extra time talk to shadow, ryan, or brian ray when you go there
