Hey-

I posted a while ago with this same question. I thought I might find some new readers this time.

I am looking for information on climbing in Northern California, north of Tahoe. I am espcially looking for info about the far northern Sierra and far southern Cascades. Some place names are, Lassen N.P., Susanville, Chester, Warner Valley, Greenville, Janesville and others.

If you have any info about this, could you please post? If you know anyone whom I could contact, please include that info as well.

Thank you,
Paul Bernard

Although I have yet to climb there, I have been told that Castle Crags is a wonderful place to climb.

I don't know of any places but there is a fun crag out on Hwy 166 in central california that you should try. pretty fun sport climbs, although the rock is a little loose.
