Is American Fork climbable at this time (or in the next few weeks) or is it still snowed in? If it is open then any route suggestions in the 5.11ish area would be much appreciated.

Not sure, since I haven't been there since winter began. And I'm not enough of a local to know. But you might want to try asking this on utahclimbers.com or utahclimbers.org or whatever. You'll get an answer most likely. I think there should be dry rock, depending on recent weather--might involve a hike though and it will limit what is available (so if you're not a great climber it might suck since AF doesn't have many "easier" routes). It's been relatively dry lately, but that changes, so I'd ask over at utahclimbers.
