I just wanted to throw a shout out to www.boulderingvideos.com because they are possibly the most helpful people I have dealt with. I saw a video on their website a year or so ago and really loved it. They ended up taking the video off and I emailed them to see what video and what music was used in the video. They emailed me back and then sent me two dvds in the mail with that video included. I will definately be getting the dvd they are selling https://www.e2e-store.com/urbanclimber/urbanclimber-product.cgi?product_id=5 . If anyone wants good bouldering short films then check their site out.
Are there any other places you have found extremely helpful staff? Its so often now that you get shitty service.
