IF you were climbing the 5.7 I think its the Eastern face of Ha Ling otherwise known as China Man's peak what size pack should I bring? How many Cams? Nuts? sizes? Is a 30L bag okay? Or do you recommend smaller? Actuallly a list of items to have would be greeatt! Thanks!

The route is long but quite easy, so expect 2-7 hours car to top YMMV. The rock is very compact so a small set of cams to 3" and a light set of wires is all that you need. Bring 12 or more shoulder length runners as there are lots of pins to clip and the odd bolt. Light trail runners are fine for the approach and descent. Retreat is easy with 2 ropes but if your confident just bring a single 60m. There is alot of loose rock on route, wear a helmet and test your holds. There are better 5.6's out there....
