What is the weather generally like in early Sept?
Are there any 5.5 multi-pitch trad routes in the area? I looked quickly in the route database but didn't see anything. There is no way I'm going to get my wife on anything 5.8 or above in a longer multi-pitch route. However, she may go for something that was in the 5.5 or less range that would help build her confidence with long routes (even though she can follow up/top rope 1 pitch climbs to 5.8). Also I don't know how the rating system compares to other places but I certainly don't want to get her on some route that's sandbagged - that might be the last time she'd go climbing with me!
