Did anyone else see the article in the Province about a week ago? About a craig in Powell River they've been developing. It apparently kicks ass on Squamish. Anyone know more about it? A guide book coming out soon perhaps?

There was a guidebook put out but I've never seen it. The area sounds incredible, just a little out of the way. Check out coastalbc.com for more info. [ This Message was edited by: ryanguy on 2002-09-18 19:34 ]

I was just in MEC today and they have the guide to Powell River. It was written by Chris Armstrong and was put out this year. Looks very well done. Thanks froman for the compliment. Glad to hear you like the area.

While I have not climbed on the Grand Wall, I have climbed on the Apron, and the Bulletheads. (the bluffs and murrin go without saying) I've also climbed in Skaha and Canmore. I wouldn't for one second disagree with you about how GRAND the Grand wall really is, but in a province the size of this one, with so much land left unexplored, I would not dream to think that it is the only place worth climbing.
