Sorry to hear that. We just lost my dad's best friend to cancer a few weeks ago. His kids are still in high school. It's been pretty rough on them.

Be sure to make the most of the time you still have together.

T and I went to visit him today at his house.

He was in relatively good spirits.

He showed me his new wheel chair. I asked him why he hadn’t put rims on it yet. He said he just got it and hasn’t had time. I asked him if he was going to get it lifted or lowered. He told me that because he’s so tall, he’ll probably get it lifted. I suggested dual exhaust and a cold air intake…he smiled.

I gave him a hug and told him that he had an army of climbers thinking about him and praying for him. He smiled.

Your words are inspiring and are very much appreciated.

P.S. We spoke with T’s mom privately. She said he took the news about his deteriorating condition pretty hard yesterday. It was the first time she had seen him break down since this all started.
