I am looking for some nice bouldering and this looks like a spot. Can someone give me more information about how to reach some of these boulders?

Between Clinton and Canal Fulton is the creek. http://maps.google.com/...en&tab=wl&q= Here is the google map. Just type in "Chippewa Creek" ... other then this, sorry .. can't help. Edited to include that typing in "Brecksville" will bring you to a different location. Good luck ...

What's up guys, I will be happy to give more directions. You go to the town center of Brecksville and go down the street with the shopping plaza. Take a right just after the shopping plaza into the metropark. When you turn right there will be a bridge to your left which goes over Chippewa creek which is where the bouldering is. Dont park at the first pullout where the overlook is, go on down about another 200 yds and park on the left. Go straight into the woods, and if you sortof head a little left you will come to a hill. On your right will be the problem fight or flight v-6 or v-7. Straight down the hill is the warmup boulder called Pinch Arete v-4. The upstream area is just upstream about 45yds. The Caveman problem is right in the middle of the creek from the pinch overhang. Also a good problem Left Handed Hoar is right downstream from there about 20ft. You start it standing on the gravel bar over the stream running by the logs weve put there to keep the pads from getting wet. From there the best way to find more problems is to just walk around. Try to meet other climbers which will be happy to show you around. If your at fight or flight and you head along the edge of the hill going downstream there are some good v-4's over there too. Soon I'm going to put a problem Topo on here making it easier to figure out where everything is. Have fun, hope this might help. Lee

Lee, I have seen a bunch of your posts and pics. They look great. I live near morganton, nc. I saw a picture you posted from laural knob. I am from North Olmsted and will be visiting C-town starting on sat 7-21-07 will not have room for the crash pad, but would bring some climbing gear or would love to hook up for a bouldering sess while I am in N.O. My email is keithadamsmith@netscape.net Keith Smith
