I just joined the ranks of the blissfully unemployed (remove the blissfully if you're reading this 3 months from now), and I want, obviously, to spend more time climbing. So I'm looking for a partner or two who has some flexibility with their schedule, is unemployed like me, or just is able to climb during the day. I'm open to pretty much anything, including the gym (I climb at Planet Granite Belmont/SC). Since I just took a trad class, I'm keen to find someone with trad experience (and a nice rack , but again, anything is ok as long as it's not limited to after 5pm and on weekends. Eric

Look me up too, work part time at home and always up for a weekday climb, or a weekday road trip.

Maybe you should take a short break and go on a road trip. J-Tree is nice this time of year, and very inexpensive. Climb all you want, re-assess life, then come back recharged for the rat race. M-

Dude, that sucks. Oh wait, it doesn't. Or does it? For me it was more of a choice. I could have kept the job but opted to take some time off and... climb. So if you want to head somewhere, let me know. I'm talking to people here about at trip to JT and Yosemite, but that's about it right now. e

Why can't I get fired? Well I work almost every weekend and my days off are always during weekdays. I love Joshua Tree and have been looking into doing some climbing in santa barbara. I live in huntington beach so drop me a line. Where do you live?
