All I wanted to say is that this is one fantactic book. I just finished it a few days ago and I was blown away by it. If anyone hasn't read it they should. Thanks

Rock warriors way has helped me more than any other "climbing" book. Also if you ever get the chance to work with Arnoin person jump at it. I took his one hour class at RRR last year, it was very inspirational. And hope to one day take one of his courses.

Hi, I've been searching for climbing mental training products to add to my site http://www.sportsmindskills.com and have already added the Rock Warrior based on good reviews (yet to read it tho). Anyone know of other products out there?
