So i am planning a trip up to the daks and im looking to do some climbing. The trip is mostly a hiking trip to Marcy and the Gothics, however some of my non climbing friends that are going want to give climbing a shot. What im looking for is a wall that is beginner friendly and easy to set as a toprope.

Beer Wall at Chapel Pond. You can get up on some easy leads and set up the topropes from there.

No need to even lead. There are two walls right at the top of the approach trail that you can set up without leading. The first wall is to your right as you crest the rise, the second is down below you to your left. Both have lines from 5.3 to 59 and are about 45' tall. Have fun RR

Agreed, "The Upper Tier" as it's called (i think) next to the lower beer walls, and the short climbs at the upper beer walls are your best bet. If those are crouded...you miiiiiiiight get away with something at jewels and jems or the creature wall, but for begineers those are probably too tough. ...oops, almost forgot, these can all be found in the RC.com route directory under New York/Adirondacks/Keene Valley.
