Hi, all- I'm doing a fundraiser to raise money for some yoga equipment and videos for high school students. I run a nonprofit to support outdoor education programs and I coach a rock climbing team. We do yoga regularly as a part of the curriculum. Kids on the team are always talking about how yoga helps them not only be better climbers but also helps them in their academic, social, and personal lives, so I'd like to be able to give the kids their own "yoga starter kits" so they can do yoga on their own at home. I've got a proposal over at Crowdfunder.com, so if you can and want to help out, that'd be great. The link is here: http://www.crowdfunder.com/posting/view/307. Thanks so much! :-)

So what is in this "Yoga Starter Kit"? What more do they need than a mat?

I'm planning on giving them a mat, strap, brick, and three videos so they can vary their workouts and not get bored, so they'll be more likely to stick with it. I should have made that clear... thanks for asking me!

Makes sense, I need all those things myself. I'm not that flexible.
