if you automatiacally suck dick when confronted with 10+ trad sendage, i suggest you get on your knees for the OP.

WHOAH! So much anger from a five foot summat crusading ninja 5.12 badgirl!

Have a look at the poll figures, compare them to the ascent logs, then maybe you can answer the question yourself.

So far 47% have claimed they climb 5.11 trad/5.12 sport or higher.

Maybe you misinterpreted my comment, the 'respect' was for Billcoe's straight answer, not for climbing 5.10.

And unless I'm mistaken, that 11a is sport, so doesn't qualify even if he had got up it.

Not that it matters much to me whether he climbs hard or not. It is kinda funny, though.

47% of the people who've answer the poll. surely you don't think the poll votes directly correlate with the thread posts? cause that would be a stupid thing to think. there are plenty of people on this site that climb either .12 sport or .11 trad that can have drive-by answered the poll to make up that number.

as far as my badgirl status, you'll have to be a little closer before you can really put that phrase to good use, sugar.Wink

also, define "summat." i cant tell if you want "summat" ninja bad girl or if you're jealous of my many "summits." (note: i can haz no summitz. i hikes not.)

I don't know Camhed, it says in his log he got the Onsight on that one. It also says he got onsights on both of his attempts at Corrugation Corner.

that was almost a year and a quarter ago... its true though, that was my first outdoor lead, the second was a 5.4!

and does a .12b lead indoors count? cause that doesn't go on any "acent log"

If you are that much stronger after only a year and a quarter, you're still a beginner.

The learning curve is low angle and endless.

Children...... ah children.

ARPANET.

When I first started posting to USENET it stilll adhered to the sort of stuffy intellectual politeness of university folk. Haha. Boy did folks like me help usheer in a more modern appraoch to online communications.

You had to have leather elbow patches on your sport jacket to post in those dayz.

I thought it was Lord Slime.

It wasn't Dingus

Slime might have perfected it, he certainly was known for it.

It might have been Eugene - except that noone recognized it as such!

I think you're right. We better stop; I'm getting choked up. I'm going to have to reread the Tibloc thread.
