Hi All, Thinkin about Patagonia in December January. Does anyone have any topos on easy moderate routes? I've been looking at the Monzino Route, Taller del Sol, Aguja de la S, La espalda Torre... Sounds good, only trouble, I can't find a damn topo!! Any topo/infos/suggestions/experiences would be great! Cheers

Taller del Sol: http://www.fortalezapatagonia.cl/...a/Taller-del-Sol.jpg There's more to be found on the internet as well... I figured we'd be able to get more info once we got down there. That wasn't the case. And when we got to BC, the only topos people had were the ones we found on the internet. We ended up copying these by hand on some pages ripped out from a random book.

Cheers TOPO ! PATAGONIA ! Those two words dont belong in the same sentence . What ever happened to skill & adventure and expertise in far away places like Alasska and Patagonia . Well be sure to take your E-perp and sat Phone in case you take a wrong turn .Gezz I hate to be this sarcastic but were talking Patagonia here. Its one thing to want to know where a route might start at, and how many vertical feet it is . But you had better be able to handle just about any thing a granite cliff can throw at you if your doing walls in a far away place. The Yosemite decimal system dosent mean shit at ten below in a blizzard on a two thousand foot wall its all really tough then . There are now Moderate routes when the weather turns on you in those places .
