Take a look at Bluff Island on Lower Saranac Lake. Not one I've climbed, but it looks promising. Best place to have that conversation in the northern Adirondacks would be at "The Mountaineer" in Keene Valley. I also think there is something on "Roger's Rock" on Lake George, but no first hand knowledge.

There are definitely good DWS lines at Rogers Rock, but not overhanging. The main slab has a ledge along most of the base, but the next slab over drops straight into the water.

I assume you're looking for rock overhanging water so that, should you fall, you'll drop straight into deep water. Roger's Rock and Bluff Island are NOT like this -- you'll slide, scrape, and tumble, then hit the water. Other places that come to mind are Barn Rock, Pulpit Rock, and the Palisades, but again, they don't overhang. Offhand, I can't think of a single place that meets the proper criteria for deep water soloing.

Now if you want to climb above water, all these suggestions are excellent.
