My Comments: 5.10a V10???? UHH i'll have to come check this out. 5.10a - V10 sounds pretty far fetched to me. In my experience, your highball boulder problems 5.10a are more around the V4-6 range. unless of course this boulder has different routes on it. 1 being a 5.10a and another route that might be a V10. i understand that the V system can be a bit obligatory sometimes and lean 2 or 3 grades over. if this is true, then it would have beat out "picnic" at elephant rocks.

the discription says

"bolders ranging from 25 to 60 feet no sport routes yet but will be there soon. "

Probably meaning there is a range of climbing from 5.10a to V10
