Perhaps this has been discussed but I for one appreciate what onceahardman has done for us in giving advice and letting us pick his brain. I'm in health care and he is especially skilled at conveying information in terms everyone can understand. So i'm not sure if he wants the job (and if our benevolent overlord wants him to), but i'm putting in my nomination for onceahardman to mod this forum, why? well there are times there are things that should be posted sticky or edited, and times where dangerous crap is posted, or threads that degenerate into useless yelling. I've found him to be fair, considering others point of view, and an all around nice guy, genuinely wanting to help.
Thoughts?

Last I heard, he had made a post saying that he wasn't going to be around much, so that he can devote more time to his work, as things were getting busy.
So... you might wanna ask him first.
I for one would be very supportive of your nomination if onceahardman were available, willing, and the site administration (overlord and co) were into the idea. Lots of "ifs" there though.

I've been wondering if another mod or two might be a good idea. I haven't decided yet, and probably won't for a little while, but if I do, it's nice to know there are some suggestions out there. Thanks.

I think that finding expets in their field like adatesman is worth putting a mod in place at any time. Particularly if they are as exuberant and willing as Aric. He is doing an awesome job in the lab. Find a few more experts who will have fun in particular sandpits and let them loose methinks.
Anyone got any suggestions them feel free to speak up and make a suggestion or three for consideration. I'm sure that Jay and the rest of the mods will give any suggestion the due consideration they deserve. Keep in mindthough that as Jay says it may not happen soon.
