Seems like most of the steep routes (like War and Peace), seep in the Spring time. We tried W&P in mid-March and it was too wet to send.
Best season for the steepness seems to be late summer to winter.

The 5.7's seep this time of year that low in the canyons and all the caves can seep for weeks or start back up after a rain.
Fall is with out a doubt the best time of year for Hell as so it is almost everywhere!
The lack of formal info has not seemed to slow you guys down much at all (if any) so I'm glad to see you where still able to climb this Hard in Hell!
Please if I can help PM me,
