I have just started to read "The Rock Warrior's Way." I was wondering if you should read one chapter at a time and try to apply what was learned in the chapter,(one step at a time) then once you have a grasp of the chapter move on to the next. Or should you just read the whole book at once.

hello guy03, it seems to be best to read it through more quickly the first time so you get a grasp of how all 7 processes fit together. then go back and read each chapter more intently. the material is pretty dense, meaning it is difficult to graps it all on one read. the audio version makes it easy to revisit the material since many people don't have time to reread a book. arno
