I've found the quickest approach to Fantasy Island is to hike the trail from Turtle straight up to the road and walk the road to the upper trailhead. Last time I was up there someone had flagged the trailhead with pink flagging. From there it's a short trail down to Fantasy and we've rarely see anyone there.
nOOb hasn't placed rap chains on top of Space Cowboy yet so if you plan on doing this or Rocket Man take some extra 1" tubular to leave, all other routes are walk-offs or access the top where there are rap anchors.
