Broken links on routes page (North_America: United_States: Pennsylvania: Southeastern_Region: Chickies_Rock) Report this Post Average: (0 ratings)	Can't Post

Why can't I see the route info under the route links, as I can on other route lists and used to be able to on this route list? It keeps sending me back to the intro page for Chickies..... Crazy

It is because of the "#" in the section names. It needs to be url encoded, otherwise the browser will go to the address up to "#", then look for an anchor by the name after.

To work around it, you have to URL encode "E#" as %23. So http://www.rockclimbing.com/routes/North_America/United_States/Pennsylvania/Southeastern_Region/Chickies_Rock/#2_-_Cave_Area/Quad-F_25780.html should be http://www.rockclimbing.com/routes/North_America/United_States/Pennsylvania/Southeastern_Region/Chickies_Rock/%232_-_Cave_Area/Quad-F_25780.html.

Hi. It's me again. I also have been having trouble accessing the google map zoom thingie. I get a window with the message (approx) .. "Google maps API server rejects your request...API key ... registered for a different web site... generate a new key at http://code.google.com/apis/maps" is this something I should do or you or whom? Thanks again.

No no, it is most likely on our side. Do you have a link to an example of this error?
