My girlfriend live out in Farmville moving out there soon from Richmond. There are no routes listed any closer than Richmond I was wondering if any one new bouldering or top rope routes near by to Farmville? ~Phil

The Trestles in Lynchburg may or may not still be open, but that's not much closer than Richmond. There are a couple of places along the Blue Ridge Parkway, but that's even farther away than L'burg.

greetings random stranger coming to Farmville. In my search for places to climb locally in the last 8ish months of being here, I have found that most of the sites, are poor quality and on private property, not really a win win. As listed above; Ravens Roost is about 1hr 45min from farmville. Trestles is about the same...the trestles is kinda sketch tho, and access seems to be in the air right and I have havnt been back since sept/oct last fall.
