My dog and I are in need of a partner or 3 for many a trip up to Devil's lake, Southern Illinois, and Red River Gorge.

I moved to Chicago from Oklahoma in 2008 leaving my partners and dreamy granite behind. I have been climbing for 5 years, but have run a bit dry in the previous 18 months. I would like to get back into climbing.

Anyone in the Chicago area in need of a partner, please shoot me an email. I have a car, gear and plenty of Yukon Jack (more on that later) to go around.

Cheers,
Ryan

I live in the chicago area too. It is finally starting to get warmer out so I hope to spend some weekends outdoors soon. Since I started working in this area it's tough to find time to climb (even at the gym).

I am usually headed up to WI from iowa for numerous occasions, particularly those for which my reserves requires of me, but have done some pre scouting of devil's lake from my last trip up a couple weeks ago and am always looking for new partners. You should check out the savanna area along the mississipi as well. there are plenty of good blufs that i have heard of people climbing there.
