I am planning a backcountry trip on Royal Arch Trail. I am just beginning to put together maps and trip details, but have already read that there is twenty foot technical climb on one section.
Does anyone have any specific info on this. What I have read is very generic-twenty foot technical climb requiring harness and webbing for belay...I need some details!!!

That is going to be a great hike.
Take some webbing and cord and just hand over hand or make a few steps in it.
A ladder if you need.
Should be strait forward and there might be some stuff there already.
