Evolv Quest AF. I climbed a 23 pitch route in them and I am going to climb El Cap in them! They work great for long stuff. They have a stiff midsole which helps keep some of the load off your toes. Size them 1/2 size above your street shoe for a comfortable all day fit.

Just make sure that the fit is such that you can wear them all day (or at least several hours).

The La Sportiva Mythos are far and away my favorite all day shoe. They're expensive, but they're worth it.

I have sported La sportiva tradmaster's all day and the tread bands on the top are excellent for crack climbing.

My 5.10 Spires are all day comfortable proper rock climbing shoes. Never have to take them off and they work well too. The uppers stretch too much for them to be good hard climbing shoes, but for easy stuff and long days / easy multipitch they rock.

Scarpa Marathon's aren't bad if you're looking more toward approach, or I've heard that Mad Rock Frenzy is a good "all around multi pitch" shoe as well, leaning more toward an actual climbing shoe, opposite the afforementioned. Good Luck!

If you can find them, these: http://www.evolvesports.com/MAXIMUS.htm Bought a second pair for myself when I found out they were being closed out... originally they said discontinued (I'm liking the fact that they're saying "temporarily closed out" now).
