Hi All, I am planning to visit J-Tree from 25th September (Saturday) and have a few questions I was hoping I could get some info on..

- Regarding heat, is it likely to still be scorching mid-day at this time? We plan to get up early anyhow but just thought I should check.

- As for camping on the first weekend, I tried to book a place (we will be using an RV) but already that weekend is full and now on a first-come-first served basis. Is there any hope at all of getting a spot for our RV on the first weekend or will we have to camp outside the park?

- Route recommendations. Interested to hear good recommendations for 5.9-5.11 trad (prefer long and safe) also for 5.11-5.13 sport (especially routes which don't have long run-outs...). I have been to J-Tree before so I know it's generally old-school grading (i.e. hard)...

Cheers

Late sept will still be pretty warm-90s more than likely will be the averages.

Long routes in JTree are two pitches. Most are one.

Chase shade, the domes mean shade varies from route to route all across the park.
