Hello to all. Those of you that have been to Iron Gate climbing know that the access trail is treacherous, the poison ivy is out of control and the rock is in some places very ‘chossy.’ I believe that there are some quality climbs to be had there with some good views. The Ivy needs addressed, the bolting needs upgraded to newer safer hardware and trail work would be a bonus. Here is a PDF that I got from a Lynchburg climbing site that seems to be taken over by an Asian shoe website?? If you visit, try and leave the place a little better than you left it each time.
