How do you get to the Elywood Park side?

Washington avenue leads to the park entrance but I do believe the city has closed the gates althought the park remains open. The road is sliding in parts on both the cascade and elywood side now. Call me if you'd like 865-556-1256 for more info. Ask for Chad.
