Any one have suggestions on this? Should i train core after a climbing sesh or on my off days? I feel like doing it on your off days would be the worse of the two because seeing as how you engage your core so much during climbing, your rest day wouldn't really be a rest day (for your core at least). Bestow your wisdom upon me oh great ones.

I usually do core after my climbing sesh and on rest days, I think it depends on the person and how masochistic they are.
Just listen to what your body tells you

i agree that listening to your body is very important. And getting adequate rest for the muscles to recover is important. I do it after my climbing sessions.
