All,
Most of you know that I met my husband on RC.com back in 2002.
My darling husband, love of my life, my better half has been diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer. I cannot imagine a life without my better half.
Please, please, please add Mitch to your prayers. He is a most wonderful husband, father and person. The world will be a much sadder place without my Mitchal.

Oh Gail!
I only just now saw this thread(with rc.com being so quiet, I haven't been checking it).
I am so sorry to know this news. I cannot imagine how painful to bear this is for the both of you. You and Mitch are in my thoughts and prayers as you struggle through this. Wishes for strength and joyful moments as you weather this dark storm.

Thank you all. Mitch is slipping away faster than I expected. In 30 days (since his diagnosis) he has lost 30 pounds. Thanks for your continued prayers.

I just saw this and you and your husband are in my prayers.
I know the fears that you have. My dad had a wound on his right foot in 2012 that wouldn't heal. At first, the doctors thought that he was diabetic. after 6 months and probably a hundred tests, they found that it is melaloma. Now, a little more than 2 years later, my dad's right leg has been removed to his knees and he is still fighting cancer. The cancer cells has traveled to his spine and there is no way to operate. I pray for all those going through this nightmare and wouldn't wish on these fears and feelings on anyone.
