Hi Guys,
Is there someone who can tell me something more about silent partner ???
I would prefer opinions from people who have tested personally this tool !!!!

Here, in italians forum there's nobody who seems to be familiarized with this strange tool produced by Wren.

I've just visited and dlded pdf file in Wren web-site.

Thanks for answers

I recently used one for soloing a long free climb. I liked it but think it was a bit of a cluster F**k. Might have had something to do with the 40+mph winds blowing my ropes al to hell though.... Having soloed using a GriGri, a clove hitch, and now the SP I would have to say that the SP is the best for FREE climbing, the jury is still out on aid.

I've used the SP quite a bit for the past several years. It's a very good device. Having tried a number of self-belay systems the SP is by far the most usable for both free and aid. Unless you leave the rope behind none of them are perfect though.
