In reply to: Hey folks, all this gloom and doom talk of the weather really sucks! Today is the second day in three weeks that the temps are above freezing...the weather is making a turn for the better! The extended forcast is a mixture mostly sun and clouds and maybe a little rain with temps ranging from the mid 30's to mid 40's. You all committed to this gathering when you know we haven't had a winter like this in over 10 years. Quit your damn whinning and put a smile on your face and be positive! From experience it seems that when they are forcasting heavy rains from PA to NC it seems that in the Seneca area it is nice. So I am thinking that the weather is going to be more on the nicer side than bad. Just be prepared and enjoy yourself. I don't know many of you but am looking forward to meeting new friends and having a blast! REMEMBER smile :D smile :D smile :D SMILE

The weather gods smiled on us down here in Texas a little. No rain and the streets are dry so I fired up the bike and hit the road. Stopped by the office to pick up some stuff and heading back out soon. Weather or no, Raul, DJ and I will be there with bells on for a great time! Too many good folks to meet to even think about bailing out! It's going to be a blast! Coach

Damn right I'll be there. But HOLY TRAGEDY BATMAN enough bad shit happening this week. It will make the gathering all the sweeter though. Being triumphant over adversity and all. So lets have the Full run down. No electricity in the cabins right. What are the cooing arrangements? Should I bring a propane tank and burner or what???

 Hey did I tell anyone about MY car problems? Right now I am driving a rental because I am having a Bambi imprint removed from the fender, It wasn't even roadkill, bloody thing ran away. Moey: Oh no, the auto bug bit you too. It will be a squeeze with three in my car so I don't think four is possible unless someone can borrow a mini-van. We could also rent a vehicle and split the costs. We will all have to brainstorm this one :? no not brainfart, and see if we can't do an Ontario carpool.

Oozestock Well I came across a climbing bum, he was walking along the road and I asked him tell where are you going, this he told me: Well, I’m going down to Ooze's farm, going to join in a RC.com bash. Gonna climb and smoke some hash, and set my soul free. We are bored, we're sick of winter, we are tired of Annie's naggin', and we got to get ourselves out for some craggin'. Well, then can I walk beside you? I have come to join the gatherin'. And I'm sick and tierd of all the RC.com blatherin'. And maybe it's the time of year, yes, and maybe cuz I lost my tan. And I can't find my #2 cam but life is for learning. We are bored, we're sick of winter, we have bought our season passes, and we hope to get some sun and not freeze our a*sses. By the time we got to Nelson, we were half a hundred strong, and everywhere was a bong and can of whipped cream. And I dreamed I saw bunch of drunk fools walking slacklines in the sky, And I better not get too high or I won't go climbin. This is crazy, it's still winter, but at least our butts aren't draggin, So let's layer up some fleece and do some craaaa, ggiiii, iiii, iinnnn.... http://www.wvclimbing.com/images/oozestock.jpg
