It is definatley real. Klem Loskot and Timmy O'neill do deep water soloing in Mallorca Spain and off the cost of Britain. There was a clip on climb-x-media that had klem doing a 5.13 with a 9ft dyno at the end. He took consecutive 60ft falls into the water on this climb. This picture is the same thing but in Thailand.
