Ok, I have about a 4hr drive and I just realized I have a class until 2:50, so I will leave around 3:15, and arrive @ Miguels at about 7 or 8pm, is that too late to get a camp site @ Miguel's? If that is too late to meet up, then I can just meet in the morn there. Let me know what is up

Alright here's my new plan! I'm heading down there Thursday night with some friends from WI, climbing thursday and then I'm planning on being at Miguel's around 8 for dinner. I figure it'll be getting to dark to climb then anyway. If anyone wants to meet me there, great! My picture is on my profile (I'm not clever enough to put it on here). I'll be driving a green dodge dakota w/ a cover on back and a bike rack on that. I have an rc.com sticker on my truck's back window. Or I'll be in my friends black toyota matrix with a bike rack on top. Hope to see you all there!

im planning on leaving indianapolis on friday afternoon, i will be driving a black montero sport with a big arcterix sticker on the rear window. Oh if anyone wants to carpool and split gas that would be cool, just let me know or pm me asap

Myself and one of my climbing partners Jeff are leaving EARLY friday morning from Milwaukee and heading back Monday afternoon. I'll be at Miguel's Around 8 to meet up with you guys.
Dancingmadlybackwards, her boyfriend, and a few others will be leaving from Chicago friday at noon, and meeting me at Miguels.
OUflyboy and another guy may be meeting us down there also.

I'm from Muncie, Indiana and I guess I'm driving solo, since I can't leave until around 3pm on Friday. But, Sportster if you are not leaving until 3 or 4 we could carpool. Let me know what you think otherwise I'll be @ Miguels Friday night to eat and camp.

We could organize this better no one should be driving solo. Anyone around the chicago indiana area PM me with what's going on and your phone numbers and also if you hae a big car. I say we just pack as many people in one car as we can and split the gas. I'm definitely up for stopping by indiana as long as we take someone elses car because I don't know if mine would make it! MOWZ where are you!

Who can I meet in Indy? I have a nice Caddy I will be driving(family car), so I am confident it will make it. Of course the Labor day gas increase may be costly. It gets fairly good mileage, 27mi/gal on highway.

ok I can leave indy on later afternoon friday, like around 5 or 6. Greenspace i would defenetly carpool with you. I have a montero sport with lots of room, and since im driving solo it just makes sence. As for my return date I can return whenever as long as it is before Monday afternoon, I have classes on Tuesday that I need to be here for. Organic said he plans on leaving chicago around 4 so it will be 7 by the time he gets to indy, so maybe we can all joint up. That would be 4 ppl in my suv. anyways let me know asap.

it's closed. It's been raining almost non-stop for a solid year and the Red River has finally washed out all the roads. You will be turned back. I think it may reopen by next Spring, but there is some serious talk of damming up the river and flooding the entire gorge to make a big lake.
