Check out A Day In The Life. It's a climbing video that focusses around 5 amazing female climbers, Roxanna Brock, Stephanie Forte, Beth Rodden, Tiffany Campbell & Brandi Mulligan. I found it to be pretty inspiring. Those women are strong. I watched it last night.

Front Range Freaks. Not women only, but...
Besides some truly wacked out buildering by Tim somebody, it has great footage of women on Germ Free Adolescence (scarier problem than it appears to be in the video) and another woman on a 13 trad climb in Colorado. Also Beth Bennet in Eldo.
