how about hot to really damn hot. i usually quit going there for the season in mid-april. sometimes you can get lucky though, and you can chase the shade at Indian Creek.

while it is true that the temps. can start to soar, i have climbed every month of the year at the creek and throughout Moab.
its easy to chase the shade.
we also start early and take a siesta midday to escape the heat.
