I'm with devin. Bank is No.1. If you had unlimited $$, you could climb full time. Then all those other things would fall into place. It's how "Hot Henry" Barber got hot, by climbing every day. If you climbed every day you would get all the practice you needed to gain experience, power, technique, skill and endurance. You could afford all the gear you needed and time to work on flexibility. The only thing more important is health, because without that you have NOTHING.

technique and experience.. however...without all of those things you listed you won't get to be very good. except the large budget thing

if you don't have health you're not likely to drag urself up rock walls therefore you wouldn't be a climber. next is passion for climbing cos again you wouldnt be on rock if you didnt love it to bits. next would be experience so you don't die out there or be responsible for someone else dying. technique, strength, power, endurance, mental state are all next so you can climb hard and withstand the heat. finances arent as important cos if worst comes to worst you can solo easier stuff or scab gear off friends...
