I live in D-town. Right now things are getting colder by the day, so the climbing is dwindling. But, on a sunny day Golf Wall is always good (after 12 o'clock). East A is probably alright in the sun. And there is always bouldering. I went bouldering the other day and it was an great session; perfect for working those hard slopey probs. But you should really go to the Creek; it's the best climbing in Durango.

In reply to: any websites with route directions? or guide books to look for...if all rock is too cold, then i'm going on ice.....thankx madmax. Using this website you can find some info on climbing around here. Go to Routes/Colorado/Southwest/Durango (something like that). There is a guidebook called Durango Sandstone (it also has Golfwall, which is limestone and your best bet for climbing now).
